Required payment and AI responsibility terms

I understand and agree that the BizBrain AI setup fee is non-refundable because it covers custom setup, configuration, knowledge preparation, preview creation, and launch preparation. I understand and agree that subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. If I cancel, my service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and future billing will stop, unless otherwise required by law. I understand that AI chatbot responses may not be perfect, and I am responsible for reviewing business-specific information before approving launch.
